To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
Since we deal with gadgets and equipment, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not working properly, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for verified faulty items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as promotional items, gift cards, or products that show clear signs of misuse.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (or proof of defect), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
For general returns (change of mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
